CHAIRMAN  RICK HALFORD  called the  Senate Committee  On  Committees                                                          
meeting to order at 11:20  a.m.  All members were present.  Chairman                                                            
Halford announced  that a proposed membership change  was before the                                                            
committee.   Senator  Wilken  would  replace  Senator  Kelly on  the                                                            
Senate HESS Committee and  the reverse would occur on the Senate CRA                                                            
Committee.                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  ELLIS moved to  adopt that  change as  an amendment  to the                                                            
Committee on Committees Report.                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection,  CHAIRMAN HALFORD noted the amended report                                                            
was adopted and would be forwarded to the Senate for a vote.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
There  being no  further  business  to come  before  the  committee,                                                            
CHAIRMAN HALFORD  adjourned the Committee on Committees'  meeting at                                                            
11:21 a.m.
